1.概要
本ページは、株式会社Hexis が monet を提供するために利用するサブプロセッサ（顧客データの処理を再委託する第三者）を開示するものです。本一覧は、データ処理契約（DPA）第5条に基づく現行のサブプロセッサ一覧です。多くのサブプロセッサには、対象機能（動画・画像生成、ブラウザ自動化、会議議事録、コード実行など）をご利用になった場合にのみデータが送信されます。
1.Overview
This page discloses the subprocessors — third parties to whom we subentrust the processing of customer data — that Hexis, Inc. (株式会社Hexis) engages to provide monet. It is the current subprocessor list referenced by Section 5 of our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). For many subprocessors, data is sent only when you use the relevant feature (e.g. video/image generation, browser automation, meeting notes, code execution).
2.サブプロセッサ
当社が選定し、顧客データを処理する第三者です。各社には本 DPA と同等のデータ保護義務を課しています。

2.Subprocessors
Third parties we engage that process customer data. We impose data protection obligations on each that are equivalent to those in our DPA.

3.顧客が接続する連携先
以下は、お客様ご自身の意思で接続するデータソースです。厳密にはサブプロセッサとは区別されます。monet はお客様の指示に従い、これらとメッセージ・タスク等を送受信します。

3.Customer-Connected Services
The following are data sources you connect of your own accord; strictly speaking they are distinct from subprocessors. On your instructions, monet sends and receives messages, tasks, and the like with them.

4.注記
- 条件付き送信: 動画（Veo / Sora）・画像生成・ブラウザ自動化（Browserbase）・公開データ取得（Apify）・会議議事録（Recall.ai）・コード実行（E2B）は、対象機能をご利用になったときにのみデータが送信されます。
- 送信先リージョン: 既定では多くのサブプロセッサが米国で処理します。当社の設定により、ホスティング基盤（GCP）と会議録（Recall.ai）は東京、プロダクト分析（PostHog）は EU で処理されます。詳細・最新情報は各社の DPA / データ所在ポリシーに従います。
- monet の memory consolidation（会話からの記憶整理）は既定で無効です。有効化した場合に限り、セッション内容が Anthropic に二次的に送信されます。
- プロダクト分析（PostHog）には、利用イベントに加えて識別子（user_id・メールアドレス・氏名・所属）を送信します。チャット本文は送信しません。
4.Notes
- Conditional sending: Video (Veo / Sora), image generation, browser automation (Browserbase), public-data retrieval (Apify), meeting notes (Recall.ai), and code execution (E2B) send data only when you use the relevant feature.
- Processing regions: By default, most subprocessors process data in the United States. By our configuration, the hosting infrastructure (GCP) and meeting recording (Recall.ai) run in Tokyo, and product analytics (PostHog) in the EU. Details and current information follow each provider's DPA / data-residency policy.
- monet memory consolidation is disabled by default. Only when enabled is session content sent secondarily to Anthropic.
- Product analytics (PostHog) receives usage events plus identifiers (user_id, email address, name, organization). Chat content is not sent.
5.変更通知
新たなサブプロセッサの追加または既存サブプロセッサの差し替えを行う場合、当社は効力発生の30日前までに、本ページの更新および登録された連絡先へのメールにより事前に通知します。お客様は、当該通知後30日以内に、データ保護に関する合理的な理由に基づき異議を申し立てることができます（DPA 第5条）。変更通知の配信をご希望の場合は yuri.kurashima@hexis.ltd までご連絡ください。
5.Change Notifications
When we add a new subprocessor or replace an existing one, we give prior notice at least 30 days before it takes effect, by updating this page and emailing registered contacts. You may object within 30 days of such notice on reasonable data-protection grounds (DPA Section 5). To subscribe to change notifications, contact us at yuri.kurashima@hexis.ltd.
